You supply the photo and we supply the mood and insight. LOVE IT.
This photo could go in so many directions, but mine is taking a creepy turn. How can one avoid taking that obvious path....well...it's obvious to me, which says more about me than the photo. lol
Willow, we ought to throw a HUGE party (between Thanksgiving and Christmas for you, and heeere's the punch line: AT YOUR HOUSE!!!--grin! Seriously, thank you Soooo Much for gathering us all together here like this.
Finally caught up with the rest of you. All my missing entries are posted. New GrandBaby born 09/20/10 so had time to write but no time to post. Really miss doing this weekly.
This is the first time I've posted anything. I saw a post on one of my regular reads and followed it back here. What a wonderful idea! Thank you so much for putting this together, Willow, and to everyone else for the plethora of writing to read.
Dear Magpies: I really had a creepy feeling about this one but that's just me! So you get a creepy poem! (not THAT creepy! I'm getting creepier...aren't I? Don't answer that...please!). :O)
Late to the gathering again, but I've stayed away in order to keep my mind centered on creation. The photo threw me for a bit of a loop, not necessarily taking me where I thought the journey would lead. But hey, that's like life. A different path taken.
well I was busy with work and still am... So I kinda missed a lot of stories. Anyway I got back, for now and enjoyed the hell out of it :D !!! Nice pic.
I enjoy interesting writing. I read a few poems that I very much enjoyed, inspired by pictures from this site. I find the idea of writing anything at all about some random picture somehow exciting. I've submitted my first. Thank you.
Ooh... love it

I'll read and comment as my slow-sial up internet permits.
Copying a page from Jeffscape's book -- that doesn't count as plagiarism, does it? ;-) -- I'm in with an oldie too.

ReplyDeleteHave you thought about doing a mini pic mid week? I personally would enjoy doing this more than once a week....
Seemed to have been a little carried away, finding three poems of mine to submit for this one.
ReplyDeleteKym, feel free to post more than one piece for each photo prompt, if you'd like do do more!
