smashing success. Not only was each post a treasure, but it was
delightful to meet so many new and talented writers. Great fun.
Now for just a bit of of bloggy housekeeping...
1) After entering your blog address into Mr. Linky, click it to make
sure it's functioning. The best method is to copy and paste your
entire address into the Linky window (all that http stuff included).
That way, you're sure not to leave out any dits or dots, and
everyone will be able to visit your blog.
2) Make sure you post your Magpie tale on your blog no later
than 8:00 AM EST Tuesday morning. Early is great, and it's okay
to post late, but you may miss a lot of readers.
.
If you are new to Magpie, please check sidebar for instructions.
.
So, without further ado, here's your new photo prompt.
.
Happy writing!

Good morning Willow!
ReplyDeleteJust a quick question, do I understand correctly that we need to sign up with the Mr. Linky feature each time we want to participate?
Thanks so much for sponsoring this; I've really enjoyed discovering such creative and talented writers.
Yes, Amy, you need to sign up each time, so others can visit your blog.
ReplyDeletethe event was great fun, Willow, i was so intrigued by the vast styles of writing...
ReplyDeleteand i had a wonderful time simply reading...and imagining!
hoping i can participate again. cheers!
I thank you for all the hard work and attention you put into this..It seems a good time was had by all..me included!!
ReplyDeleteMuse, it was great fun! Please do join in whenever you can.
ReplyDeleteLyn, you're quite welcome! I've enjoyed every minute. I'm honored to have your participation, my friend.
ReplyDeleteWheee! Not sure what I'll come up with but it's bound to be fun.
ReplyDeleteOh Willow it was great fun. I just love so many things through such an adventure.

Ah, willow, but I had taken a sacred vow to myself never ever to tell what really happened that night at the hotel in Bratislava.
ReplyDeleteAfter the first picture, so totally looking forward to this one.. Bring It On!! :)
ReplyDeleteOh, nice. I can do this one (no more 10thDoM competition!).
ReplyDeleteI'll link when I post, as usual.
Has that brat been playing with matches again, Slava?
ReplyDeleteNow what can I write about a box o' matches? Deep in thought....'til Tuesday, Willow :)
ReplyDeleteMMMmmm still need to finish my tuesday tale ( update probably Friday/ Saturday then the matches will be hatched on Tuesday next !!!!
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed all the odd angles of the last prompt.
ReplyDeleteThis one promises to be equally as incendiary.
I know exactly where I'm going with this one!
ReplyDeleteWillow, is posting too early a similar sin to posting late? Confession - I procrastinated, then suddenly wondered why my hits from the USA had risen dramatically and decided to act. And I was late. Just need to figure out the time zone difference for EST Australia.
ReplyDeleteOh, no, early is definitely better than late. I'm just looking out for your best interest. I just want you to get an optimum number of readers! :)
ReplyDeletewillow--I am loving your new blog and the fact that it is making me get those writing synapses firing! thanks so much-c
ReplyDeleteIs this the Linky for the Matches post, or the Pewter pitcher post? Or does it matter? I might miss the window if I wait for it, so here goes! I love this new thing.
ReplyDeleteNanU, this is the Linky for the matches photo! Happy writing! :)
ReplyDeleteNot sure if I had signed up for this or not. Oh well, here goes anyway.
ReplyDeleteEncourages creativity and educational, too!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Willow....
Greetings Willow! I've submitted my piece for this week's photo prompt, and signed up with the Widgets, but I have two listings above on the Mr. Linky thingy and don't know how to delete one of them. No. 38 is the link I am using as I created a new blog just for 'tales'. Thanks again for such a great blog and the inspiration to write during these long, cold winter months. We are due for much more snow this week - cabin fever has set in and the winter blues are howling.
ReplyDeleteCheers!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Dear willow.
Dat was fun. ;)
Hey, Sundance, I've got you covered! I removed your first link. :)
ReplyDeleteFor some reason I have trouble when I sign up ahead of time and then when I want to put the actual post in, I end up with my name on there twice. Don't understand how to do it I guess.
ReplyDeleteQMM
Every time I think I got it in there something goes on. I have had Google troubles this whole week more so than usual. Will you fix me up? You are a sweetheart.
ReplyDeleteQMM
You're good to go now, QMM!
ReplyDeleteI'm up!
ReplyDeleteI've just posted mine!
ReplyDeletefirst time i've tried this. i'll be snooping around everyone else's.
ReplyDeletesmiles,
wonderful idea Willow... I'll give it a go. Rick's poem was fabulous!
ReplyDeleteI'm late, but it was fun! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if Mr. Linky worked for me. If there are two, the first one is an incorrect link. I goofed. Sorry.
ReplyDeleteWillow, I loved your vignette. I will read others tomorrow. Tummy's hurting right now. :(

The incorrect one is the only one for me on Mr. Linky. I'm sorry. I did leave the correct link on my above comment, though.
ReplyDeleteMy second tale is up even though the first isn't yet finished (it's becoming a serial)
ReplyDeleteWillow what a brilliant idea! I'm sure you will cure hundreds of cases of writer's block with this genius blog of yours. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteJust found this video which reminded me of this prompt!
