  5. Tess, this is a bit of tongue-in-cheek for your current prompt... :)

    my love
    you step from your bath
    wrapped softly in towel
    gracefully poised
    midst the fog of steam

    your skin radiant
    a'blush from the heat

    your auburn hair
    fondles damp 'round your shoulders
    embraces your lithe neck

    a sensuous vision
igniting a spark in my soul
stirring the passion of my heart
    setting fire to my imagination

    my love
    your are venus
    aphrodite
    a goddess of desire
    and my love

    I can see your butt

  19. I haven't seen this painting, as I think of Degas painting his dancers. But this could very well be a dancer in her bath. Nice prompt.

  21. Such a beautiful prompt - wish I'd got to it earlier, now a lot of reading to catch up with!

  22. I guess you have to listen to the lyrics of "Pirate Flag" linked in the caption of my Flag photo to find the round about reference to Degas' subject. Clearly I'm a prude...for the most part;-)Glad to be back again!

  23. I have two

Your flesh dipped in the ambiance
    Of spring, assumes the warmth
    Of an unexpected proposition

    And

I have washed you in the
    Burning sunsets of an
    Unfaithful desire but let
Us not speak of other, for
    In this moment there is
    Only one
