I apologize. Major screwup this week. I submitted my Magpie post and it seems to have disappeared into thin air. I can't find it. I'd appreciate it if you can erase me from position number 4. Thanks. Berowne.
Unbelievable, what's happening this week. I finally got my post on your blog (at position 9), but when I click on it, the post is sent to ABC Wednesday!!! And I can't get it out. Any suggestions?
Credit where credit is due: The photo is from Toyko art exhibit called Ever mounted in 2010 by the contemporary German artist Boris Hoppek. My take is here.
Awwww, man for some reason I did not see the caption under this pic so my Magpie is totally off. Maybe. Well, hopefully some will enjoy it anyway. :) Have a blessed week everyone! :)
Hmm... This one will take some time to wrap my head around. (Or perhaps I am still trying to regain emotional control of my writing after my last poem, which took a lot out of me.) I will write soon, though!
Tess who is adept at finding the archetypal images Or do they find her? Still, they are fussy and would only come the way of the pure of heart Keep carrying that ring Frodo !
Hi Tess, great photo, and I loved your poem, but took mine in a somewhat different direction, even changing mood of drawing a fair amount. Thanks, as always. K.
Coming in a bit late on this one. Sharing a piece I've been pecking away at. A little out of my element on this, out of my comfort zone! Sort of felt the need to add a disclaimer, so here it is: "This scene a dream; no afternoon foray… the only way I stray is with word play!"
This one was great. I was away on vacation playing gigs down south for a couple of weeks...missed a couple pics. Is there a way to view past Mag pics/entries?
I'm not early. I'm late. This is last weeks.
ReplyDeleteLove this new shot!

ReplyDeleteHaven't written anything, just had breakfast.
ReplyDeleteBut the photo made me want to burst into song "If you knew sushi, the way i knew sushi, oh, oh, oh what a girl!".
But I didn't.

ReplyDeleteYou find some wonderful prompts, Tess. Muchos!
ReplyDeleteVery intriguing, Tess.
ReplyDeleteMs. Geek...there is no such thing as "totally off"...don't let the photo credits have any sway on your creative juices!
ReplyDeleteHmm... This one will take some time to wrap my head around. (Or perhaps I am still trying to regain emotional control of my writing after my last poem, which took a lot out of me.) I will write soon, though!
ReplyDeleteI think I "got" this one faster than any of the other prompts. :)
ReplyDeleteMy first time to post here...the picture was thought provoking ~

This took some mental gymnastics to wrap my head around and get my breathing down to normal
ReplyDeleteI hadn't done a MAG in a while. Today was the day. Definitely an interesting picture to contemplate.
ReplyDeleteOne can only wonder whether photographer and model got the giggles!

ReplyDeleteA Belated Happy 100th to The Mag, Tess. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm afraid mine this week is terribly convoluted....but it kept me out of trouble!
Hi Tess, great photo, and I loved your poem, but took mine in a somewhat different direction, even changing mood of drawing a fair amount. Thanks, as always. K.
ReplyDeleteI'm really rapt about this one. Thank you Tess.
ReplyDeleteAfter a little absence, I made it this week!
