Hi Tess, the clever and helpful Dr. FTSE noticed that my link wasn't linking, this has happened before and he noticed an extra 'l' on the html code so now I know why it was always malfunctioning. So to cut a long story short, my correct link is 36, not no. 6, great prompt, thanks.
I think I'm getting hooked on the shadorma poetry form! Here's my second of the day: http://lolamousedroppings.blogspot.com/2011/04/magic-in-glass.html
This is a great prompt but I put off writing for it because I kept struggling to find a way in. When I finally started, it came out as a mini-narrative and is a little darker than anticipated. Anyway, see what you think of ‘Sorrowful glances arrest’.
This glass reminded me so much of a dinner I had by myself over the weekend. Which is ridiculous since I was alone and drinking ice tea. Still..... one never knows where inspiration will strike and that is the fun of it all, isn't it? Thank you for the great prompt, as always!
ok...well I posted. I'm not a poet or a writer but felt something when I saw this picture. My boyfriend also posted and I was inspired by him as well. Well thanks. I enjoyed it.

Quite the time meeting the connection adequately for the Muse on this one. The feel was there, just had to adjust a bit to keep her satisfied.

ReplyDeleteM.A.S., hey, we are open for business until next Monday morning! You're not late at all.

I goofed up my link, how do I fix that?
ReplyDeleteI was going to say that I didn't know where this one came from but that's silly because it came from the prompt, of course! Thanks, Tess.
