happy sunday to you all...x
Lovely prompt- thanks Tess... have a great week everyone!
alright, i am in...this one was rather interesting for me...smiles...
on vacation this week so may be limited to just returning visits and hitting those that stopped in last week...
and the cycle meets ...wonderful to drop in and drop wordsThanks Tess, for offering the venue for us allRD☮
If that's an eight, I'd like to see all the other numbers...:)
Tough one but still a joy.
I was torn between two memories from the image. The first was the Christmas slot car set and the disrepair it would be left in after the first few days of taking it apart and experimenting with other shapes. Not having enough track to do much more than either the oblong zero or the figure eight. Interesting your take on speeding fast below the belt, the cars would seem to more likely "jump track" after the twist too. As you can see I went with another memory altogether. Cheers,
Brain isn't working today, Tess. but love reading that others were less inhibited! Maybe next week. Laurel
Have out of town company- will be back later to read and visit!
Okay...I thought of something...
There are so many things that this picture could inspire us to write about. Great painting Tess. Thanks for the prompt. :)
Primal primate material here, or at least from our point of view.
I agree - it's primal alright, but primal what is the question...
Took a while but then it suddenly came to me!
I was into handcuffs and then I read Rel. So before I read anyone else, I decided to 'have a go'. The Cut is the end product!
Very dynamic and powerful..so much in it..
Something just clicked--something I had meant to say--and suddenly this picture symbolically held it all and so here I am. I have enjoyed so much reading the poetry here, perhaps that's what helped me to find the words.
a little soft-shoe & I'm done. Stick a fork in me. ;)
Hi Tess, I wanted to write something more about Kline, but this is more about the darkness of the painting. I love the reading of yours. k.
Wow!!! It is rockin' here!!! So wonderful to see so many poets doing the poem thing!! :)
beautiful painting, and beautiful pieces.
Thanks Tess for the prompt, hope all had a safe weekend...Wander
Makes me think of Art Classes, Modern Art at the MOMA. New York state of mind.

This one was a real challenge for me, but I'm up. Good choice, Tess.
Oooh, I liked this one. I was inspired to seek clarity in chaos!
A cheeky little number......!
Okay, my first real feel of a tricky one! But I just finished mine....and I'm ready to check out the other posts! Oh happy day!
Thanks for this Tess, it helped dislodge ongoing writers block...Anna :o]
