Heya! I came here rather early didn't I? Well, my submission is in that name there. I hope you liked it!
What a nice breakfast to wake up too. Was this served at the manor?
Love the picture. Great prompt!
Beautiful eggs, Tess. The yolks are a bit hard for me, but there is no brown frizzle at all (which I hate)
Aah, eggs and Spring and weddings and...
nice Willow pattern
Thank you for posting eggs this week...........egglicious eggs.. I mean hugs!!xox
Elaine, yes, breakfies at the manor, on my favorite Blue Willow.
Tess on board early this week!
EGGsplosion of colour for me... LOL
How did you know I feel like eggs today? I did a art photograph with "egg on the moon" and this is so "ooooooowww" connnected this full moon psi time! Cool huh? I will post again with the egg moon! :)
Perfectly fried eggs! They put mine to shame . . .
What a wonderfully inspired Monday morning! Thanks Tess.
Your photo caused me to long for the old fashioned kind of breakfast ....
More than the food pornography, I zeroed in on the thunder storm and spring bursting and bouncing its way into your world.
Lovely prompt, Tess, I love Willow Pattern.
A very appetizing picture and very tempting prompt...as always...thanks. Vb
Let my shrink figure it out, but this one was an immediate word association test. Eggs = gypsies.
sorry, I had absolutely no idea what to do with this one. it's not the prompt, it's my tired imagination.
Thanks for everything, again. Mine's up!
Nothing edible here. It was a metaphor for me :-)
My first thought was mmmm! breakfast! and then I realised I've written quite a lot already about breakfast (one of my favourite times of day)... this short story popped up. I don't know where from.
second helpings - I hope you don't mind
I really thought this would be tough, but the picture looked pretty fun. And I like what happened.
This was a very fun one to tackle..thanks...
Ah...great picture. This one made me wax philosophical. ☼
Didn't think I could come up with anything - Eggs!? I can't do it Mom ---Oh, OK ---.I'm anxious to read what others have done. This is fun!
Great picture! My eggs are NEVER that pretty!
Willow it is so great to come to your blog and never know where one will end up. LOL Go girl. I am waiting for your book.QMM

Eggs I remember for me.
I have a idea to go a totally different direction...
This is a hard one! :) Thanks for the challenge!
went a different way with this. I enjoyed it very much. :)
I found this hard too! Inspiration finally came - but not as poetry. Thanks Tess.Anna :o]
Like many above, the piece I have written is a metaphor inspired by the colours, and by the separation of a single piece from the whole. You'll see ;)
I am feeling this photograph. Thanks for the prompt, Tess.
Breakfast is ready! Good prompt Tess.
Late as is my wont, but mine will be up first thing tomorrow morning. (Thursday)
I have just linked to my Magpie a second time, since I finally get it that I should have linked directly to the Magpie post, not the general blog where the Magpie gets pushed further and further down the list as new posts are added. Duh--- Sorry for the confusion.
Cad and Ada are still at it! :)
Late again. How fleeting is time.
This was a challenge.... maybe because it made me hungry first!
Tess,Spring mood. My pulse almost stuck in winter still!
Happy Easter Maggies!
Number 88 this week - it's been a busy week. 'Mission On' is up.
Ok, now I'm thinking breakfast and it's nearly 11PM
Happy Easter! Great prompt. I wrote about Virginia Min, again!
Looks like someone had a sneaky lick at this breakfast before it was photographed.
First time I have had a play with your prompt. With mixed results.
