  7. Dear Willow,
    LOVE the new look.

I am afraid, this magpie ruled me. I kept thinking bliss, but my fingers typed something I did not like very much.

The more I wanted to steer away, the more stubborn the poem got and finally, the poem won...

  17. Nice look. I wouldn't mind this for efficientagony. Problem is that I use color on the text and the standard templates screw that up.....

  18. This template reminds me of the plater work in my childhood home. It was a creamy white on sky blue.

  40. I got caught out by you posting early, Willow. I tend to look for you on Thursday evenings and then have a mad rush to produce something instantly. Still, I had a go, and what I've posted is very close to reality on many occasions.

  52. The new look is good, but the prior look blended your header more seamlessly -- but I understand the need to change things occasionally... your Magpie Tales continues to offer excellent inspiration Willow...

  58. Niamh, I tried replacing your links in Mr. Linky to see if that helped, but still get the strange religious site. I'm not sure how to tell you to fix it!

  61. This Magpie was awesome!!! And although I was totally short of ideas when I downloaded the image, I ended up writing whatever I did in a matter of 45 minutes or so!!! The more I looked at the image, the more IT penetrated my mind :)

Here is what I came up with... Enjoy it, while I begin my Magpie reading expedition :)

  62. Well, Magpies of Willow Manor, I am just
a newbie, drawn here by the Muse Friko,
but I like a poetic or prose challenge, and
this workshop, this platform seems an apt
one for me. Hope to join in on some of
other Willow challenges on this mingling
of poetics and minds. It is ironic that I
post at the last gasp on the last day.

  63. I really got a kick out of so many of you thinking the faucet looked like a weird snout!! I'll never look at it the same way again!!

    ReplyDelete
  64. I am sorry I am late my site was done and the spicket does look like a snout LOL! But it made for a great prompt!
