Hey moderator, could you remove my link from the top please. I am trying to do it but it is not working. I am new here and I am trying to get familiar with the way things work but I end up signing up with observing probably. I am trying to comment using my WordPress ID but it just does not work. Thanks Noirfifre
Yes, I will join you but I am spending some time reading others posts and settling in. Is there an email address where I can get updates for the prompts?
I am seriously impressed with the reading from the above postee. I am really happy that someone recommended Magpie. However, I want to appeal to the Blogspot authors, it was difficulty trying to make a comment on some of your blogs. Maybe you could add an anonymous or Name button. Please take this information not as a negative from but something helpful.
If you are from our WordPress class welcome! We're an old group that has been doing this a long time and we've gotten a lot of spam so if you are "Anonymous" rather than signing in on one of your accounts you may not get very far on our sites. Many of us have WordPress sites and have no problems signing in, however there's 2 or 3 sites I can't get into either. Although I've asked the owners of these sites they never helped me out so if you can't leave a comment just pass that blog up. When first starting here it can seem like you aren't part of the group but give it time, everyone here is friendly and helpful otherwise. I'll watch for your takes.
I just got done with a writing class on WordPress and everyone wanted to keep writing so I put up a post with Magpie and Toads addresses on it and invited anyone to come and write with us. So if there are strangers that don't know their way around try to be helpful they are probably coming from that class to join us.
Done and linked. I hope I have more people come to visit this week, last week I posted on Friday so I know it was a little late. I had a hard time deciding with this prompt! Hugs!
P.P.S. I've started a double-drabble (200-word story) writing prompt site at https://writingthe200.wordpress.com/ if any of the new writers (or the old ones, for that matter) want to come take part. It's brand new, only on the second prompt this week. Twitter address is @writingthe200
Thanks for the prompt :)

ReplyDeleteCheers from across the pond. I'll be around to read everyone's poetry in the morning. Thanks for this, Tess.
ReplyDeleteElena I still can't figure out how to leave comments on your blog I put the comment in and then what? Enter doesn't save them.

ReplyDeleteThis particular Pollock has always made me think of writing... more specifically, scribbling.
ReplyDeleteThis brought me to a dark place but poetry is for all moods and seasons! I'm new here and thank you for this opportunity!

done mine :-) better late than never :D
ReplyDeleteThis is so perfect, I had to play along. Oddly enough, I've been dappling, or rather dripping in this kind of artwork myself!
ReplyDeleteThought I'd try something different! Not sure if it works but it's up!
ReplyDeleteI'm a little late to this one. I had to mull it over before I wrote, but I'm really happy with it.
