This is great! So many good poetic offerings! As for my own: I know this is probably obvious... but having read "the great gatsby" is very helpful is reading my poem.
Dear sweet kitty sounds much like a real baby! Your delicious words were so tender with his reading today, and I especially liked the random meshing of his expression, one point completely point on! Excellent read!
Thank you for the prompt Tess. It fitted a piece I wrote Saturday and posted, but I'm glad I wrote something new. I'm behind in my reading and commenting, so off to do some now.
