happy Christmas to you too Tess....work etc are just to hectic for me at the moment, as well as having moved and no internet til 2013...help!! i be back then..xx
I recognize that kind of a day weather-wise...it's called soft weather in Ireland and the road go on for ever...my poem is hope in despair...hope it fits.
I'm up for the Magpie! This one seemed straightforward at first ...but required a shift in my thinking to get what I got. And to my fellow Magpiers, I apologize for not making the rounds and commenting lately. It's a dynamic reality, as the saying goes, and I am just barely keeping ahead of the curve. I do appreciate everyone who has stopped by the Gumbo and dropped some comment love on my scribblings! Thank you!
Well said, Irish. It's all too easy to spend more time commenting that honing one's craft. Tess - another inspiring prompt and appropriate for Christmas week . . eh? Do I mean that?
The rather bleak photo is suitable for this sad week. You seem to always hit the mark, Tess. Thank you for these gifts throughout the year. May you have a joyful Christmas.
I forgot to link! Thanks, Tess, for keeping this going and nurturing community in this manner. I think I might start my Friday meme back up-- will let people know. xxxj
Happy writing, my friends...
