so I finally found The Mag! I follow several of these blog prompts and really could never understand what was going on...and how different all their creative writing was...now I understand!!! I am now your newest follower..pls follow back if you can. I will be reading now with a while new insight!
I loved the prompt, but decided to set myself an extra challenge in writing the poem, hence my late submission - I look on it as brain training. I haven’t even read 'Fifty Shades of Grey' either :)
The picture immediately reminded me of two poems I wrote years ago, and I could not get past them and write another. Evening Primrose is from 10/25/07. The other, from 9/7/06, is The Room is Dark
looking down at eight fingers on a key pad. rings on fourth fingers. band on the left. dad's flying tigers ring on the right. amazed how fast i can make these letters scroll across the box. humbled to be in this company. cheers,
Happy writing, my friends!
