Hi Tess, I am new to the world of Magpie Tales, and I'm afraid I went very literal with this prompt. It's a great picture, and seems a really fun project though. Thanks for the opportunity. K.
Thanks for a mouth-watering prompt. Hunger is the greatest friend of any writer. It could not have been more fitting for the season of ducks and pumpkins.
Mine, 'Sacrilege' is finally up and I'm sure if it was being marked by my one time Lit teacher, it would go something like this: "Not enough time, thought and effort went into this'!!
Happy writing, my friends!
ReplyDeleteThus is fun... I love it Miss Tess! Have a blessed Sunday!

ReplyDeleteSome pathos, some history, a story poem. Sometimes it's hard to be a duckling.

ReplyDeleteHi Tess I did not use the prompt this time but rather wanted to share with others what I am doing for November. I hope that is okay.
ReplyDeleteThis sparked an immediate and vivid mental image, and it wasn't of food...
ReplyDeleteThanks for the prompt- looks promising-
ReplyDeleteI seem to be developing into something of a political hot-head in my old age here, Tess, but this is what came to mind.

Sorry - tried to be helpful to Ros Browne with (No.50), but made a goof! HELP, Tess! X
ReplyDeleteI was incubating a poem on an earlier visual prompt here, a week ago? Then this pic showed up, and I ran with it more easily.
ReplyDelete'More easily', but the feelings tapped into did hurt as I was mulling.
