Hi Willow, hope you had a great Christmas, I dont think my link is working correctly, I will reenter it later if it isnt. Thanks for another great image.
My son loves the gloves! My poem is a bit odd, but it tied in the fun my kids and I had driving around the surrounding neighborhoods! I'll try and do better next time. Thanks for the fun!
I had a hard time coming up with what to write. I absolutely loved the one by Willow! Finally I decided to do a Rictameter and make it about an activity those gloves might be used for. I just love the photos for these prompts!
Late to the party, but finally here. I decided to use this prompt to cut my teeth on the shadorma, after reading some excellent ones this week. Much, much harder than it looks! I don't feel I was entirely successful, but it was fun. Many thanks to willow and everyone here for the inspiration and support, and a Happy New Year to all.
Gloves are tangible enough. The compositional difficulty this time was holding onto ideas that came to me during our brief holiday hiatus. Many I had wanted to use and thought I might 'keep' a week moldered in my mental garage.
I guess I was thrown off a rhythm Magpie had been establishing for me!
Dear Magpies: Can't believe it is that time of year already! Where'd the time go...? Should Auld aquaintance be forgot...and all that..A VERY HAPPY, SAFE AND WISE, JOY LOVE BLISS NEW YEAR 2011!!!
for good or what not - there it is. Now to read the write of others! What I've already read have been good so I will be looking forward to quite the compliment of excellent writing this time round.
