Hi Willow and Everyone, Oh Boy is right! Thanks Willow for giving all of us this wonderful venue and thanks everyone for all your much appreciated kind words ....
Hey guys! I just did another haiku this time. I was going to do some sort of poem of 3 lines per stanza, but then I just wanted to stick with one theme. I hope you all enjoy it!
hey willow - so my contribution to this "magpie" is actually from a guy i met at a party - his wife is a teacher at the school my wife is principal of. i hope that's not cheating! steven
I participate in several of these poem-inspiration communities. But Magpie Tales is by far the best. The pictures are always stunning (which is itself wonderful) and they never feel random (like some other blog-poem-things do. Also while I know many of you also play with some of the other communities, this one seems to have the best group of writers as well.
I just want to thank you all for this most blessed group.
Spent too much time thinking about this before I sat down to write. When I did it just came since I had been cleaning my fish pond this morning. I'm up there. QMM
