Hi and thanks for the prompt. I would love nothing more than to get back into my poetry again...been a long hiatus this time and perhaps it is tim to get going again. I enjoyed the other poems that people left behind...unfortunately my fingers were numb this morning so it was a bit hard to eek out the words.
Quick question, do you get "approval" from the photographic artists? I've twice had notifications to take down my photographs from my "Magpie" poems... why little ol' me is being targeted, I don't know.
Has anyone else ever had this "trouble"? Often, though, I would imagine a photographer would love the exposure if properly credited (which you usually do), linked to his site, and asked...
Having blogger put my post on "draft" is disconcerting... accompanied by a "nice" little warning message.
I do too. That is why I was surprised... as I am a "nobody" in the cyber world. Just thought I would ask. It has been a few months since I had trouble. I would think most artists would be pleased for the publicity, but maybe some just prefer to be asked.
i had another blogger friend that actually got sued for some pics that were not properly documented or were not creative commons pics...we def try to use only those in the creative commons domain..and it shows you how to give appropriate credit...
Hey Mags: Not sure if I was channelling Joan of Arch or the Earth Day today..got to go clean up the yard now~! Much fun and frivolity...I am coming back to life; the sun's out~!
Happy writing, my friends!
